Adherence to guideline in hydrating traumatic patients with crystalloid fluids: A single center experience from Southern Iran

Objective: The adherence of the physicians to guidelines in resuscitation patients is great importance since it can predict outcome. To evaluate our center hydration traumatic with crystalloids regarding Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) guidelines. Methods: We designed an algorithm obtained from ATLS using vital signs and status bleeding classify them. After categorizing according algorithm, we evaluated guideline crystalloids. Results: This a cross-sectional study which 998 who were admitted emergency ward Rajaee trauma hospital enrolled. Most men (89.6%) most common causes injuries traffic accidents. Proper was seen only 14.7% patients. overhydrated (85%) both patients’ base excess. Conclusion: present showed that crystalloid low. Also, It suggested retrain concerning side effects over hydration.
